INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 Tsp of Health Warrior Premium Chia Seeds
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 1 Medium Lemon, Half Juiced & Half Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup  Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Blackberries, and Redberries)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

 

DIRECTIONS

 

  • Put 2 Tsp of Health Warrior Premium Chia Seeds in a large container and gradually add the water to keep the seeds from clumping together.
  • Whisk the mixture, as you add water. Keep whisking until the mixture begins to thicken.
  • Add all the other ingredients and shake well
  • It’s a good idea to put it in the fridge and let it sit a few hours, or preferably overnight, so the Chia seeds can absorb the full amount of water. (They soak up 10 times their weight in water.)
  • Before drinking it, give it another good shake.
