Ingredients:

1 ripe banana
½ cup cold #Truslen Coffee Bern (Order from Health & Diet Corner)
½ cup coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
2 teaspoons honey/ agave
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Ice cubes for added thickness

Directions:

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender
Step 2
Blend until smoooooth!
Step 3
Pour into glass and enjoy
Tip!
Chill leftover coffee in the fridge or freeze leftover coffee into ice cubes.
Then add to smoothies when needed.
