Coconut Chia Granola

Coconut Chia Granola

  • 4 tbs of coconut oil, melted (can be replaced by (olive oil, avocado oil, or red palm oil)
  • 3 cups of coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons of Health Warrior Premium Chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ cups of roughly chopped mixed unsalted nuts (macadamias, almonds and pecans work well)
  • ½ cup of pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon


  • Preheat the oven to 300 F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and spread evenly on the parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven until golden, around 20 – 25 minutes.
  • Eat for breakfast with your choice of milk or yogurt, or by the handful as a snack!
