Chia Ginger & Orange Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup old fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup fat free vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of Health Warrior Premium Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 Tbsp The Ginger Party Organic Ginger Spread
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 cup water splash of orange juice
  • 10-15 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, in the order listed above.
  • Blend on high speed until completely combined.
  • Serve immediately.
