Directions to use:

  • Smoothies: Blend 2 tsp with 1 cup of ice , banana, 2 cups of juice or milk in blender. Add 1 cup of other fruit for flavor. Frozen fruit works great too, reduce ice by half
  • Lemonade: Add 1 tsp per serving 1 lemonade
  • Yogurt: Mix 2 tsp with 1 cup yogurt, top with blueberries and granola and drizzle of honey
