INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Whole Banana
  • ¾ Cup (Frozen) Pineapple
  • ½ Cup Coconut Water
  • ½ Inch Knob Ginger (Grated)
  • 1 Tbsp of Premium Health Warrior Premium Chia Seeds

DIRECTIONS
